Alibaba.com is a world leading B2B sourcing platform.

The B2B business contains many platform-specific terminology that may be hard to understand for new users. They can easily cause confusion, and even worse, result in loss of potential orders if the user is unfamiliar with the product. 

The amount of educational content on the platform is less than many other competitors. This is where I came in. I clarified user pain points and designed a series of short videos which introduced products, benefits, and how-tos for our users, improving the overall user and brand experience.
